You'll be the strategic partner for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention and expansion.

What You'll Do
- Own a book of 30–50 enterprise customers
- Drive adoption and renewal
- Run executive business reviews
- Partner with sales on expansion
- Be the voice of the customer internally
- Build success playbooks
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 3+ years in customer success at SaaS
- Comfortable talking to technical buyers
- Strong written and verbal English
Good to have
- Developer-tools background
- Experience in APAC accounts
