About the Role
You'll own services in our rewards and payments stack, designing APIs and data models, and ensuring our systems remain fast and reliable as we scale.
Build resilient backend services that power CRED's reward and payment flows.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship product features end-to-end
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Contribute to architecture and tech-stack decisions
- Mentor junior team members
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 2+ years of Node.js production experience
- Strong SQL & relational data modeling
- Experience with caching and queues
Good to have
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
