About the Role
You'll design end-to-end flows in our seller and reseller apps, partnering with PMs, researchers and engineers to ship experiences that work for first-time internet users.
Design experiences for Bharat — the next 500M Indian internet users.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for major product surfaces
- Run user research in Tier 2/3 cities
- Build and contribute to our design system
- Prototype and validate ideas quickly
- Partner with engineering on implementation
- Mentor junior designers
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 2+ years shipping consumer products
- Strong Figma + prototyping skills
- Portfolio with shipped work
Good to have
- Vernacular UX research experience
- Motion design skills
